The documents that the Syrian Electronic Army is leaking and giving to Breaking News Network are still revealing new papers of the way that the Qatari Regime is dealing with the countries of the region and the size of the conspiracy that Qatar is doing against Arabs, especially Palestine

In the documents of today, Hamad, the Emir of Qatar, confirms to Mahmoud Abbas, the president of Palestinian authorities, that he will not give legitimacy to Hamas during visiting Gaza, where he says to Abbas, “No I will not show legitimacy, and in my speech I will keep talking about your case, and your name must be mentioned in any media conference or speech”

We are having continuous meetings of the government and the members of the legislative council and the Public works to cooperate for this historical visit, because you are the first Arab leader of your rank to visit Gaza under the blockage, Inshallah the wound will be healed and the joy will enter millions of this suffering people and the parents of martyrs, prisoners and tortured in the district, I welcome your majesty in your country, between your people, and may god make this visit in your charity list and crown it with the victory of this nation to liberate al-Aqsa and may him let us pray in it together Inshallah
• The second thing, I’ve discussed with the Egyptian President Dr. Muhammad Mursi yesterday in the visit matter and reconstruction and the wanted things from our brothers in Egypt. I want to quote you the good and cooperative attitude of Egyptian president, where he told me that he is glad with the visit of the majesty of Emir to Gaza and he said that he will also meet with you and complimented your majesty and gave all arrangements and instructions to the army and the competent sides, The prince will arrive in al-Areesh airport in his airplane and will be transferred with a copter from al-Areesh airport to Rafah crossing and enter Gaza securely, saying that he will accompany your majesty from Egypt in the copter until he returns Egypt Inshallah
• The first thing, I want to confirm to your majesty that all the things in Egypt are arranged Alhamdulillah and the president himself is preparing for this visit. The instructions are clear to the government, army and other devices to ease up the mission of the Prince in this historical visit to Palestine and Gaza
• The second thing is the talks with the Egyptian president about the projects to rebuild Gaza, we told him that the majesty of Prince (Allah bless him) gave the amount of 250 Million Dollars, and this amount is increasable, and his majesty thinks that all the things that Gaza needs in rebuilding can be useful to Egypt and the amount will be entered to the Egyptian treasury, because Qatar is interested in Egypt more than Gaza, and for that we want a decision from you to enter the equipment and Building Materials and what our brothers need in the reconstruction, where he replied half an hour later and gave me his full approval on entering all the building materials, devices and equipment and all what our brothers in Qatar need with any quantity and that they can buy anything from the Egyptian market and they will ease their entry to Gaza district. I liked to quote for you the approval of Egyptian President on entering the wanted materials to help in rebuilding Gaza
• I also talked with him about Qatari fuel in the area of Suez Port, where since 4 months, only 25% of the fuel was entered, and we mentioned our understand to the security situation in Suez, but we need more effort and by providing more security, this quantity may arrive in Gaza to solve the problems of the electricity matter, where today he also gave me his approval and today the pumping and transfer of Qatari fuel restarted, and Inshallah it will arrive in Gaza and Inshallah with your arrival in Gaza enough amount of fuel, entered from Suez, will be in Gaza district, and we Inshallah do not have any problem and this is our clear decision in the case
• I wanted to inform your majesty in the positive image of the development of the Egyptian attitude, where the excellency of ambassador Muhammad al-Ainawi was sitting near me and he stated to the Egyptian president that he has instructions from your majesty to benefit Egypt from the rebuilding projects. We also have projects in Egypt itself and we showed to you setting the Logistic Industrial area and talked with the Egyptian Prime minister and we are waiting from you to form a special committee to study the project, as this project can cost up to 18 Billion Dollars and you are worthier in them. About the Egyptian companies and rebuilding Gaza, and about me, my arrival to Gaza is an honor to me, I was raised by Palestinian and a part of my family, my aunt spent her summer in Gaza for years and also most of the people who came to Qatar are from Gaza, the connections between us and the residents of Gaza are well
